{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.17b-033","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.17B-033","heading":"List of high -cost conditions -- Recommendations and changes --","body":"Administrative regulations.\n(1) No less than annually, the Health Insurance Advisory Council shall review the list\nof high -cost conditions established under KRS 304.17B -001(14) and recommend\nchanges to the director of the Division of Health Benefit Exchange. The director\nmay accept or reject any or all of the recommendations and may make whatever\nchanges by administrative regulation the director deems appropriate.
