{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.18-035","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.18-035","heading":"Ambulatory surgical centers, coverage.","body":"(1) All group or blanket health insurance policies and certificates issued thereunder\nproviding coverage on an expense incurred basis shall provide coverage for health\ncare treatment or services rendered by ambulatory surgical centers approved by the\nKentucky Health Facilities and Health Services Certificate of Need and Licensure\nBoard. The coverage for health care treatment or services rendered by an\nambulatory surgical center shall be on the same basis as coverage provided for the\nsame health care treatment or services rendered by a hospital.\n(2) The requirements of this section shall apply to all insurance policies, and certificates\nissued thereunder, delivered or issued for delivery in this state on and after October\n1, 1978.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=29423","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:49Z","sha256":"5e3e033f50fa8783e4cf7d3e2a26259ae261bb94154a0b6059e6643572ca1b0a","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.18-034","next":"us-ky/krs-304.18-036"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
