{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.18-0363","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.18-0363","heading":"Coverage for services of licensed psychologist or licensed clinical social","body":"worker.\nEvery policy of group or blanket health insurance issued, delivered, or renewed in this\nstate which provides coverage on an expense-incurred basis for any services by a licensed\npsychologist pursuant to KRS Chapter 319, or a licensed clinical social worker pursuant\nto KRS Chapter 335, shall be deemed to entitle the policyholder, or other person entitled\nto these benefits under the policy, to payment of or reimburseme nt for the cost of the\nservice, not in excess of the coverage limits, regardless of provider profession. If the\npolicy, contract, or plan permits, payment may be made directly to the provider of the\nservices. If the policy, contract, or plan does not permi t, the person entitled to these\nbenefits shall be entitled to reimbursement for the cost of services received.
