If a policy dividend is declared or a\nreduction in rate is made or continued for the first or any subsequent year of insura nce\nunder any policy of group health insurance issued prior to or after June 18, 1970, to any\npolicyholder, the excess, if any, of the aggregate dividends or rate reductions under such\npolicy and all other group insurance policies of the policyholder over the aggregate\nexpenditure for insurance under such policies made from funds contributed by the\npolicyholder, or by an employer or insured persons, or by a union or association to which\nthe insured persons belong, including expenditures made in connection w ith\nadministration of such policies, shall be applied by the policyholder for the sole benefit of\ninsured employees or members.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=29431","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:49Z","sha256":"af1f8c73034e135dd076b6e7f219462b5e811aea811b06d64c4f34679ee45ec2","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.18-045","next":"us-ky/krs-304.18-055"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
