{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.2-320","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.2-320","heading":"Notice of hearing.","body":"(1) Notice of hearings shall be given in accordance with the provision of this chapter\nand KRS Chapter 13B. If the persons to be given notice are not specified in the\nprovision pursuant to which the hearing is held, the commissioner shall give notice\nto all persons whose pecuniary interest, to the commissioner's knowledge or belief,\nare to be directly and immediately affected by the hearing.\n(2) If any hearing is to be held for consideration of matters which, under subsection (1)\nof this section, would otherwis e require separate notice to more than thirty (30)\npersons, in lieu of other notice the commissioner may give notice of the hearing by\npublication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424; but the commissioner shall mail this\nnotice to all persons who had requested the  same in writing in advance and have\npaid to the commissioner the reasonable amount fixed by him or her to cover the\ncost thereof.
