{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.2-400","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.2-400","heading":"Insurance regulatory trust fund -- Use.","body":"(1) There is created in the State Treasury a trust fund designated the \"Insurance\nRegulatory Trust Fund\" to which shall be credited all payments received under\nKRS 304.4-010.\n(2) The moneys so received and deposited in the insurance regulatory trust fund shall\nbe appropriated for use only by the department to defray the expenses of the\ndepartment in discharge of its administrative and regulatory powers and duties as\nprescribed by law subject to the applicable laws relating to the appropriation of\nstate funds an d to the deposit and expenditure of state moneys.
