{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.2-410","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.2-410","heading":"Investment of insurance regulatory trust fund.","body":"(1) It is the responsibility of the department, which is charged with the administration\nof the insurance regulatory trust fund, to make such moneys available for\ninvestment as fully as is consistent with the cash requirements of the fund and to\nauthorize inve stment of such moneys by the agency or agencies of the\nCommonwealth of Kentucky authorized to make investments and reinvestments for\nand on behalf of any agency of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.\n(2) Monthly, and more often as circumstances require, the depa rtment shall notify the\ninvesting authority of the amount available for investment, and the moneys shall be\ninvested by the investing authority according to the laws relating to state\ninvestments.
