{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.2-430","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.2-430","heading":"Payment of expenses of department from general fund --","body":"Reimbursement.\nNothing in KRS 304.2 -400 to 304.2 -420 shall prevent continuing the practice of paying\nany of the direct or indirect expenses incurred by the department, including, but not\nlimited to, those involving salaries, retirement, and Social Security of officers, employees,\nor representatives of the department, or any other expenses by appropriations from the\ngeneral fund.
