{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.20-065","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.20-065","heading":"Coverage for motor vehicle loaned as replacement.","body":"Every motor vehicle insurance policy insuring a motor vehicle with coverage for\ncollision, bodily injury, and property damage liability, or all three (3), licensed in this\nstate shall extend these coverages to cover the insured individual's negligence whil e\noperating a motor vehicle which is loaned, with or without consideration, to the insured\nindividual as a replacement vehicle while the insured's vehicle is out of use because of\nbreakdown, repair, or servicing and if the other motor vehicle is loaned by a person, firm,\nor corporation engaged in the business of selling, repairing, and servicing motor vehicles.\nSuch extension of coverage shall include coverage for damage to or loss of the loaned\nvehicle as a result of the negligence of the insured.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=29485","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:50Z","sha256":"78f7e245c71119f3a487aa31288e3bdfd6ea01b8d0e68bffc963087014dbf2da","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.20-060","next":"us-ky/krs-304.20-070"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
