{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.20-350","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.20-350","heading":"Penalties for violations of KRS 304.20-320 to this section.","body":"If the commissioner determines that:\n(1) An insurer has violated KRS 304.20 -320, 304.20 -330 or 304.20 -340, the\ncommissioner may require the insurer to:\n(a) Accept the application or written request for insurance coverage at a rate and\non the same terms and  conditions as are available to other risks similarly\nsituated;\n(b) Reinstate insurance coverage to the end of the policy period; or\n(c) Continue insurance coverage at a rate and on the same terms and conditions as\nare available to other risks similarly situated;\n(2) Any person has violated any provisions of KRS 304.20 -320 to this section, the\ncommissioner may:\n(a) Issue a cease and desist order to restrain such person from engaging in\npractices which violate KRS 304.20-320 to this section;\n(b) Suspend or revoke such person's license or certificate of authority;\n(c) Assess a civil penalty against such person pursuant to KRS 304.99-020; or\n(d) Take any combination of the actions specified in this section.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=29506","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:50Z","sha256":"37fe58694c4deee2dd11d45c42e0a365de1bbbe65012a4f4bbc3e74b68c3d236","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.20-340","next":"us-ky/krs-304.20-380"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
