{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.24-240","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.24-240","heading":"Enforcement of contingent liability.","body":"(1) The insurer shall notify each member of the amount of the assessment to be paid by\nwritten notice mailed to the member's last address of record with the insurer.
