{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.27-180","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.27-180","heading":"Subscribers' advisory committee.","body":"(1) The advisory committee exercising the subscribers' rights in a domestic reciprocal\ninsurer shall be selected under such rules as the subscribers adopt.\n(2) Not less than two -thirds (2/3) of such committee shall be composed of subscribers\nother than the at torney, or any person employed by, representing, or having a\nfinancial interest in the attorney.\n(3) The committee shall:\n(a) Supervise the finances of the insurer.\n(b) Supervise the insurer's operations to such extent as to assure their conformity\nwith the subscribers' agreement and power of attorney.\n(c) Procure the audit of the accounts and records of the insurer and of the attorney\nat the expense of the insurer.\n(d) Have such additional powers and functions as may be conferred by the\nsubscribers' agreement.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=29626","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:52Z","sha256":"e9fab5bcba93e128f2d278ffbc1c6970e48740077390c3345250e03781ad90c0","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.27-170","next":"us-ky/krs-304.27-190"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
