{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.27-190","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.27-190","heading":"Subscribers' liability.","body":"(1) The liability of each subscriber, other than as to a nonassessable policy, for the\nobligations of the reciprocal insurer shall be an individual, several and proportionate\nliability, and not joint.\n(2) Except as to a nonassessable policy, each subscriber s hall have a contingent\nassessment liability, in the amount provided for in the power of attorney or in the\nsubscribers' agreement, for payment of actual losses and expenses incurred while\nhis policy was in force.
