{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.29-021","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.29-021","heading":"Lodge system, defined.","body":"(1) A society shall be deemed to be operating on the lodge system if it has a supreme\ngoverning body and subordinate lodges into which members are elected, initiated or\nadmitted in accordance with its laws, rules and ritual. Subordinate lodges shall be\nrequired by the laws of the society to hold regular meetings at least once in each\nmonth in furtherance of the purposes of the society.\n(2) A society may, at its option, organize and operate lodges for children under the\nminimum age for adult membership.
