{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.29-161","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.29-161","heading":"Benefits.","body":"(1) A society may provide the following contractual benefits in any form:\n(a) Death benefits;\n(b) Endowment benefits;\n(c) Annuity benefits;\n(d) Temporary or permanent disability benefits;\n(e) Hospital, medical or nursing benefits;\n(f) Monument or tombstone benefits to the memory of deceased members; and\n(g) Other benefits as authorized for life insurers and which are not inconsistent\nwith this subtitle.\n(2) A society shall specify in its rules those persons who may be issued, or covered by,\nthe contractual bene fits in subsection (1) of this section, consistent with providing\nbenefits to members and their dependents.
