{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.3-762","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.3-762","heading":"Powers of commissioner.","body":"(1) (a) The commissioner shall have the power to examine and investigate the affairs\nof any licensee to determine whether the licensee has been or is engaged in\nany conduct in violation of KRS 304.3-756, 304.3-758, or 304.3-760.\n(b) The power granted to the commis sioner under this subsection shall be in\naddition to the powers of the commissioner under KRS 304.2-100.\n(c) Any investigation or examination conducted under this subsection shall be\nconducted pursuant to KRS 304.2-210.\n(2) If the commissioner has reason t o believe that a licensee has been or is engaged in\nconduct in this state that violates KRS 304.3 -756, 304.3 -758, or 304.3 -760, the\ncommissioner may take action that is necessary or appropriate to enforce the\nrelevant provisions.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=53297","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:38Z","sha256":"f706f5818b29f6c8de3080b6a7ef09cb65c7231df650bc4b704296acf57a9ece","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.3-760","next":"us-ky/krs-304.3-764"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
