{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.32-060","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.32-060","heading":"Name.","body":"In addition to the contents required or permitted by KRS Chapter 273, the articles of\nincorporation of any nonprofit hospital, medical -surgical, dental, and health service\ncorporation shall comply with the following:\n(1) The name of the corporation shall n ot include the words \"insurance,\" \"casualty,\"\n\"surety,\" \"mutual,\" or any other words descriptive of the insurance, casualty, or\nsurety business.
