{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.32-080","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.32-080","heading":"Authorized contracts.","body":"Corporations subject to the provisions of this subtitle may enter into contracts for the\nrendering of hospital services, medical -surgical services, and other health services on\nbehalf of any of their subscribers with hospitals maintained by the state, or b y any of its\npolitical subdivisions, or maintained by a nonprofit corporation organized for hospital\npurposes, or with other corporations, associations, partnerships, or individuals furnishing\nhospital services, medical-surgical services, or other health services.
