{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.32-090","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.32-090","heading":"Annual and quarterly statements.","body":"(1) Corporations subject to the provisions of this subtitle doing business in this state on\nJune 18, 1970, or which thereafter do business in this state, shall make and file\nannually with the commissioner, on or before the first day of March of each year, a\nstatement under oath upon a form to be prescribed by the commissioner, stating the\namount of all membership dues, or subscriber fees, collected in this state by the\ncorporation during the year ending the last day of December next preceding; the\namounts actua lly paid during the year for hospital, medical -surgical, dental, and\nother health services for the subscribers or members of the corporation, and the\namounts placed in established reserves for cases billed but not yet paid, unreported\nand unbilled cases, r etroactive cost adjustments, and membership dues or fees paid\nin advance but not yet earned.\n(2) The commissioner shall require that domestic companies subject to this subtitle file\nquarterly statements according to the form and instructions approved by th e\nNational Association of Insurance Commissioners.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=29767","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:53Z","sha256":"e737f62acce90feaea5586cfaffb7cb9cd4bf31da2f7a643089c8b9986394c2f","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.32-080","next":"us-ky/krs-304.32-095"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
