{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.32-156","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.32-156","heading":"Ambulatory surgical centers, coverage.","body":"(1) All individual or group service or indemnity type contracts and all certificates\nthereunder issued by a nonprofit corporation shall provide coverage for health care\ntreatment or services rendered by ambulatory surgical centers approved by the\nKentucky Health Facilities and Health Services Certificate of Need and Licensure\nBoard. The coverage for health care treatment or services rendered by an\nambulatory surgical center shall be on the same basis as coverage provided for the\nsame health care treatment or services rendered by a hospital.\n(2) The requirements of this section shall apply to all member or subscriber contracts\nand all certificates thereunder, delivered or issued for delivery in this state on or\nafter October 1, 1978.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=29784","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:54Z","sha256":"5a530155c8a1bad341c5126f2b961523b22abd900f7e4b00559a9750d5342d27","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.32-1551","next":"us-ky/krs-304.32-157"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
