{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.32-235","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.32-235","heading":"Suspension or revocation of certificate of authority.","body":"(1) If the certificate of authority of a corporation is suspended, the corporation shall not,\nduring the period of suspension, enroll any additional subscribers or members\nexcept newborn children or other newly acquired dependents of existing subscribers\nor members, and shall not engage in any advertising or solicitation whatsoever.\n(2) If the certificate of authority of a corporation is revoked, the corporation shall\nproceed, immediately following the effective date of the order of revocation, to\nwind up its affairs, and shall conduct no further business except as may be essential\nto the orderly conclusion of the affairs of the corporation. It shall engage in no\nfurther advertising or solicitation whatsoever. The commissioner may, by written\norder, permit furth er operation of the corporation as the commissioner may find to\nbe in the best interest of subscribers or members, to the end that subscribers or\nmembers will be afforded the greatest practical opportunity to obtain continuing\ncoverage.
