{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.33-075","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.33-075","heading":"Activities prohibited until repayment.","body":"An insurer that is subject to any delinquency proceedings, whether formal or informal or\nadministrative or judicial, shall not:\n(1) Be released from such proceeding, unless such proceeding is converted into a\njudicial rehabilitation or liquidation proceeding;\n(2) Be permitted to solicit or accept new business or request or accept the restoration of\nany suspended or revoked license or certificate of authority;\n(3) Be returned to the control of its shareholders or private management; or\n(4) Have any of its as sets returned to the control of its shareholders or private\nmanagement;\nuntil all payments of or on account of the insurer's contractual obligations by all guaranty\nassociations, along with all expenses thereof and interest on all such payments and\nexpenses, shall have been repaid to the guaranty associations or a plan of repayment by\nthe insurer shall have been approved by the guaranty association.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=29822","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:54Z","sha256":"e685c3a8738c4e5d732ab17fad511e4ec86867b00839c09c3a7978a1345b689f","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.33-070","next":"us-ky/krs-304.33-080"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
