{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.33-110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.33-110","heading":"Commissioner's emergency orders.","body":"(1) Whenever the commissioner has reasonable cause to believe, and determines that\nany insurer has committed or engaged in, or is committing or engaging in or is\nabout to commit or engage in any act, practice, or transaction that would subject it\nto formal delinquency proceedings under this subtitle, the commissioner may make\nand serve upon the insurer and any other persons involved an emergency order in\naccordance with KRS 13B.125, other than seizure orders under KRS 304.33-120, as\nis reasonably necessary to c orrect, eliminate, or remedy the conduct, condition, or\nground.
