{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.37-080","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.37-080","heading":"Revocation, suspension, or nonrenewal of insurer's license.","body":"Whenever it appears to the commissioner that any person has committed a violation of\nthis subtitle which makes the continued operation of an insurer contrary to the interest of\npolicyholders or the public, the commissioner may, after giving notice and an opportunity\nto be heard, determine to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew such insurer's license or\nauthority to do business in this state for such period as the commissioner finds is required\nfor the protection of policyholders or the public.
