{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.38-080","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.38-080","heading":"Information to enrollees.","body":"(1) Each enrollee residing in this state shall be entitled to evidence of health care\nservices provided and the same shall be issued and delivered to him by the health\nmaintenance organization, be it in the form of a contract, certificate, or other\ncomparable document. Such evidence shall state clearly the total amount of\npayment for health care services and any indemnity or service benefits which the\nenrollee is obligated to pay with respect to such health care services.\n(2) Each health maintenance organization shall annually make available to its enrollees\nat its principal office and place of business:\n(a) Its most recent annual statement of financial condition including a balance\nsheet and summary of receipts and disbursement; and\n(b) A current description of its organizational structure and operation.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=29974","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:56Z","sha256":"f687dd302f9189cee380f69a5b476b868d1d94d8f10b92bf427b9d4eb8c30621","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.38-077","next":"us-ky/krs-304.38-090"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
