{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.38-090","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.38-090","heading":"Annual report.","body":"Organizations subject to the provisions of this subtitle shall make and file with the\ncommissioner and the Kentucky Certificate of Need and Licensure Board annually before\nMarch 1 of each year, a statement under oath upon a form to be prescribed by the\ncommissioner covering the preceding year, and shall include (a) a financial statement of\nthe organization, including a balance sheet, receipts, and disbursements for the preceding\nyear; (b) the number of persons enrolled during the year, the number of enrollees as of the\nend of the year, the number of enrollments terminated during the year, and any other\ninformation relating to the operation of the health maintenance organization as may be\nprescribed by the commissioner in order to enable the commissioner to e valuate the\nperformance of the health maintenance organization.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=29975","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:56Z","sha256":"6ce0b7e4e52903252eb1310527800a209f91e0cdb2afa8741fec06da43c309d0","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.38-080","next":"us-ky/krs-304.38-095"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
