{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.38-170","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.38-170","heading":"Public documents -- Statutory construction.","body":"(1) All applications, filings, and reports required under this subtitle shall be treated as\npublic documents, except as otherwise provided for herein.\n(2) The nonprofit hospital, medical -surgical, dental, and health service corporation law\nof this state shall not be applicable to any health maintenance organization granted a\ncertificate of authority under this subtitle.
