{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.38a-060","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.38A-060","heading":"Addition of limited health services -- Notification of disapproval --","body":"Hearing.\n(1) A limited health service organization may add one (1) or more limited health\nservices by:\n(a) Filing the relevant information required by KRS 304.38A-030;\n(b) Demonstrating compliance with KRS 304.38A-030 and 304.38A-080; and\n(c) Obtaining approval from the commissioner prior to offering the additional\nlimited health service.\n(2) If the filings are disapproved, the commissioner shall notify the limited health\nservice organization and shall specify the reasons for disapproval in the notice.
