Five (5) directors\nshall be elected by the insurance companies which are members of the association, at a\nmeeting of the member companies at a time and place designated by the commiss ioner,\nby cumulative voting of the member companies, whose vote shall be weighted in\naccordance with each member's net direct premiums written during the preceding\ncalendar year. One (1) of these five (5) directors shall be from a member company\ndomiciled in Kentucky.
