{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.48-030","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.48-030","heading":"Groups covered -- Compliance by existing groups by July 15, 1995.","body":"This subtitle applies to a group or association of health facility and health services\ninstitutions subject to the certificate of need and licensure provisions of KRS Chapter\n216B or a group of Kentucky for profit corporations (as defined in KRS Chapter 27 1B),\nor the members of a bona fide association, including liability self -insurance groups\ncomposed of any number of members, who join together to self -insure against\nprofessional liability or public liability risks for bodily injury or property damage, to\nanyone except employees for claims arising out of their employment of the members of\nsuch group, which arises out of the operation of institutions or other legal entities by\nmembers of the group.
