Such written agreement shall be retained as part of the\nofficial records of both parties to the transaction for the duration of the agreement\nand at l east five (5) years thereafter. Such written agreement shall contain\nprovisions which include the requirements of KRS 304.9 -372 to 304.9-377, except\ninsofar as those requirements do not apply to the functions performed by the\nadministrator.\n(2) Where a contract is issued to a trustee or trustees, a copy of the trust agreement and\nany amendments thereto shall be furnished to the insurer by the administrator and\nshall be retained as part of the official records of both parties for the duration of the\ncontract and at least five (5) years thereafter.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=16932","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:40Z","sha256":"491f8af13d45f1530a6a65e4302d7ac71bfd6b4cb19a02197515a79170c13c31","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.9-370","next":"us-ky/krs-304.9-372"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
