{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.99-070","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.99-070","heading":"Penalties for violation of KRS 304.32-300 and 304.32-320.","body":"(1) Any private employer who is subject to the provisions of KRS 304.32 -300 and who\nfails to purchase a conversion health insurance policy as required by subsection (1)\nshall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand\ndollars ($1,000), and each day that a private employer fails to purchase a conversion\npolicy as required herein shall constitute a separate offense.\n(2) Any private employer who is subject to the provisions of KRS 304.32 -320 and who\nfails to give to the Department  of Insurance the notice therein required shall be\nfined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars\n($500).
