{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.99-150","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.99-150","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(1) Any person acting pursuant to Subtitle 45 of this chapter who violates any\napplicable provision of this chapter or other applicable insurance laws shall be\nsubject to suspension or revocation of licenses, certificates of authority, or\npermission to do busi ness in this state, imposition of civil penalties of up to ten\nthousand dollars ($10,000) per violation, or both. The penalties prescribed in this\nsubsection may be imposed through administrative proceedings in the Department\nof Insurance, an action, or su ch other proceedings specified by law.
