{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-309.082","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 309.082","heading":"Revolving fund for implementation of KRS 309.080 to 309.089.","body":"(1) All license, certificate, and registration fees, charges, and fines, and other moneys\ncollected by the board under KRS 309.080 to 309.089 and the administrative\nregulations of the board, shall be deposited into the State Treasury and credited to a\nrevolving fund to be used by the board in carrying out KRS 309.080 to 309.089, and\nare hereby appropriated for those purposes.\n(2) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, any moneys remaining in the fund at the close of the\nfiscal year shall not lapse but shall be carried for ward into the succeeding fiscal\nyear.
