{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-309.085","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 309.085","heading":"Renewal of licenses, certificates, and registrations -- Cancellation and","body":"reinstatement.\n(1) A license, certificate, or registration issued pursuant to KRS 309.084 shall be\nrenewed every three (3) years upon:\n(a) Payment of the renewal fee as established pursuant to KRS 309.0813; and\n(b) Completion of continuing education requirements, as established by the board\nby promulgation of an administrative regulation, not to exceed sixty (60)\nhours per renewal period.\n(2) The board shall cancel any license, certificate, or registration not renewed within\nninety (90) days after the renewal date; however, the board may reinstate the\nlicense, certificate, or registration upon its holder paying the renewal fee and\nsatisfying the other reinstatement requirements a s established by the board by\nadministrative regulation within one (1) year of the anniversary date of issue of\nrenewal.","path":["KRS Chapter 309"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=44300","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:01Z","sha256":"aaf72c5303b57ad220798d9cf2a8daa541dfa54fa02236111964a471ebcaf4c9","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-309.0842","next":"us-ky/krs-309.086"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
