{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-309.1375","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 309.1375","heading":"Administrative hearings concerning disciplinary actions.","body":"(1) Before denying, revoking, suspending, imposing probationary or supervisory\nconditions upon a license, issuing a written reprimand, or doing any combination of\nthose regarding any licensee or applicant under KRS 309.130 to 309.1399, the\nboard shall set the matter for hearing as provided by KRS Chapter 13B.\n(2) After revoking, suspending, imposing probationary or supervisory conditions upon\na license, issuing a written reprimand, or doing any combination of those regarding\na licensee or applicant, the board s hall set the matter for a hearing upon the written\nrequest of the applicant or licensee within thirty (30) days of the applicant's or\nlicensee's receipt of the letter advising him or her of the denial, refusal,\nadmonishment, revocation, suspension, or other disciplinary action taken.\n(3) Any party aggrieved by a final order of the board may appeal to the Circuit Court of\nthe county where the alleged violation occurred as provided by KRS Chapter 13B.","path":["KRS Chapter 309"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=30347","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:01Z","sha256":"616bfa2c00723fb774246f53376f74c72249c7114ef718d4a21b9d484f3f0ce0","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-309.137","next":"us-ky/krs-309.138"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
