All funds received by the board under the provisions of KRS 309.133 to\n309.137 shall be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the licensed p rofessional\nart therapy board fund. The State Treasurer shall invest the fund as all other state funds\nare invested and income from investment of the fund shall be credited to the fund. The\nbalance remaining in the fund at the end of any fiscal year shall not revert to the general\nfund.
