{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-30a.015","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 30A.015","heading":"Domestic violence training for circuit clerks and deputy clerks.","body":"(1) The Administrative Office of the Courts, under the direction of the Supreme Court,\nshall provide initial training courses and, at least once every two (2) years,\ncontinuing education courses for circuit clerks and deputy clerks concerning the\ndynamics of d omestic violence, effects of domestic violence on adult and child\nvictims, legal remedies for protection, lethality and risk issues, model protocols for\naddressing domestic violence, available community resources and victims services,\nand reporting require ments.
