{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-30a.030","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 30A.030","heading":"Bond of clerks, deputies, and other personnel.","body":"(1) All clerks, deputy clerks, and other persons employed in the office of the clerk shall\nbe bonded to the Commonwealth for the faithful performance of their duties and for\nthe accounting of all funds which may come into their hands by virtue of their\noffice.
