{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-30a.190","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 30A.190","heading":"Accounting by circuit clerk for all fines, fees, forfeitures, and costs","body":"collected.\nAll fees, fines, forfeitures, and costs in any District Court or Circuit Court case shall be\ncollected and accounted for by the Circuit Court clerk and paid in to the State Treasury,\nexcept that:\n(1) Sixty percent (60%) of any fines imposed for the violation of KRS Chapter 150 or\nKRS Chapter 235 shall when collected be paid into the fish and game fund;\n(2) Sixty percent (60%) of any fines imposed for the violatio n of KRS 433.753,\n433.757, or 512.070 shall when collected be paid to the county in which the\nviolation occurred;\n(3) Forty percent (40%) of any fines imposed for the violation of KRS 433.753,\n433.757, or 512.070 shall, when collected, be paid to the agenc y issuing the\ncitation; and\n(4) One hundred percent (100%) of any fines imposed for the violation of KRS 224.40 -\n100(5) and 224.99 -010(10) shall, when collected, be transferred to the treasurer of\nthe county in which the violation occurred.","path":["KRS Chapter 30A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=51307","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:50Z","sha256":"24b9ed7588182e5b4b6f3e80e44c219f6564cd76cb25b922898fe03612e1686d","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-30a.180","next":"us-ky/krs-30a.200"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
