{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-311.310","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 311.310","heading":"Bond filed with county clerk -- Fee.","body":"No school, college or professor may receive any body under KRS 311.300 until a bond\nhas been given by the college. The bond shall be in the penal sum of one thousand dollars\n($1,000), with good personal security, and approved by the clerk of the county in which\nthe college or school is situated, conditioned upon the lawful disposition of all dead\nbodies that come into the possession of the college, or any professor thereof. The bond\nshall be filed in the clerk's office, and renewed every twelve (12) months.
