{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-311.470","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 311.470","heading":"Display of licenses -- Advertising.","body":"(1) Any person who practices podiatry shall display his or her license, together with the\nannual license renewal certificate, in a conspicuous place in the office in which he\nor she practices.\n(2) (a) A person practicing or offering to practice podiatry shall not:\n1. In any manner advertise the prices charged for his or her services; or\n2. Advertise in newspapers, in periodicals, by handbills or circulars, or in\nbold-face type in any printed matter, or by the use of any form of\ndisplay sign.\n(b) Notwithstanding paragraph (a) of this subsection, a person practicing or\noffering to practice podiatry may, upon opening an office or upon change of\naddress, mail or publish announcements to that effect provided such\nannouncements not appear more than three (3) times in  public print, and the\nform of such announcement is as determined by the board.","path":["KRS Chapter 311"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=57541","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:04Z","sha256":"4645ac9a6357155503adcb8e2ff7aa17420d31e5569f16be83d7eba0d68aa16b","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-311.460","next":"us-ky/krs-311.475"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
