{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-311.540","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 311.540","heading":"Meetings -- Officers -- Compensation.","body":"The State Board of Medical Licensure shall hold meetings at least semiannually and more\nfrequently if necessary, at such places and times as the board may determine. The board\nshall elect a president, vice president and secretary from among its members and  adopt\nsuch rules and bylaws as the board deems necessary. Any and all members of the board\nmay administer oaths in matters pertaining to official duties.
