{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-311.602","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 311.602","heading":"Request to board for opinion on actions which might constitute","body":"unacceptable conduct.\n(1) In order to assist a licensee in determining what actions would constitute\nunacceptable conduct under the provisions of KRS 311.595, the licensee may\nrequest an o pinion of the board by written request submitted to the secretary; the\nboard may, in its discretion, cause a written response to be made to each requesting\nlicensee if the request addresses an issue of such public or medical interest that the\nboard's opinion on the subject is deemed desirable.\n(2) In formulating a response to a request, the board may request an opinion from any\nconcerned medical or osteopathic professional association or society; however, the\nboard shall not be bound by the supplemental opinion.\n(3) The board shall keep a permanent record of all the requests made and the response\nthereto; further, the board may publish its opinions.","path":["KRS Chapter 311"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=30544","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:05Z","sha256":"20b33eeaab36e2e04f3e146ff5afcdede0269e5f5f785d21eacb623529c41280","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-311.601","next":"us-ky/krs-311.603"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
