{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-311.683","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 311.683","heading":"Application for license of inactive status -- Reactivation.","body":"(1) A person licensed under KRS 311.674 and 311.675 may apply for inactive status\nupon submitting an application and paying an inactive-status fee.\n(2) An inactive license may be reactivated upon application to the board. If a license\nhas been inactive for mor e than five (5) consecutive years, the licensed practitioner\nshall apply for a new license and shall meet all the requirements in existence for a\nlicense under KRS 311.674 and 311.675.
