{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-311.846","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 311.846","heading":"Examination -- Educational and training programs.","body":"(1) The examination of the National Commission on Certification of Physician\nAssistants for licensure as a physician assistant shall be approved by the board.\n(2) Educational and training programs approved by the board shall include physician\nassistant programs that are accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on\nEducation for Physician Assistants or its predecessor or successor agencies.\n(3) Training programs for the provision of general or regional anesthesia shall be\naccredited by the Committee on A llied Health Education and Accreditation or the\nCommission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs.\n(4) A trainee enrolled in an approved program shall be supervised and the training\nprogram shall be responsible for the services provided by the trainee.
