{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-311b.130","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 311B.130","heading":"Trust and agency fund for administration of chapter.","body":"(1) On behalf of the board, the executive director shall receive and account for all\nmoneys collected pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, or the administrative\nregulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter, and shall deposit all such moneys\ninto the State Treasury, to be credited to a trust and agency fund which is hereby\ncreated for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses of the administration of\nthis chapter in the manner provided for other similar licensure agencies and boards\nof the Commonwealth.\n(2) These moneys shall be used for the reimbursement of board members for actual and\nnecessary expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties, the\ncompensation of all of the employees of the board, and payment of all other\noperational expenses incurred in fulfilling the board's duties as described in this\nchapter and administrative regulation, and are hereby appropriated for those\npurposes.\n(3) No part of this fund shall revert to the general fund of the Commonwealth.\n(4) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, any moneys remaining in the fund at the close of the\nfiscal year shall not lapse but shall be carried forward into the succeeding fiscal year\nto be used for the purposes set forth in this chapter.\n(5) Any interest earnings of the fund shall become a part of the fund and shall not lapse.","path":["KRS Chapter 311B"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=40207","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:08Z","sha256":"1fc3a4c80684663a489a24a3505db0c2d78540a448f1926befadd2287c3bd570","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-311b.120","next":"us-ky/krs-311b.140"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
