The notice shall include\nsufficient detail to reasonably apprise the person of the allegations, t he nature of the\noffense charged, or both.\n(2) The board shall furnish the licensee with written notice of the date, time, and place\nof a hearing.\n(3) A licensee who fails to respond to a notice of a hearing or fails to attend the hearing\nshall have the license revoked immediately.\n(4) The board shall notify any employer or employers and any appropriate credentialing\norganization if a license is suspended or revoked.\n(5) A licensee may request a conference and appeal the board's action.\n(6) All actions and proceedings under this section shall be conducted in accordance\nwith KRS Chapter 13B.","path":["KRS Chapter 311B"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=40211","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:08Z","sha256":"40e8642e2b98a4a574f5b538cae88d4cfa0f9848fff03a0554da2ce2462bd903","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-311b.160","next":"us-ky/krs-311b.180"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
