{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-313.022","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 313.022","heading":"Board to prescribe fees, charges, and fines -- Trust and agency fund for","body":"claims against the state, scholarships, and education loan repayment assistance\n-- Petty cash fund.\n(1) The board shall, by administrative regulation promulgated in accordan ce with KRS\nChapter 13A, prescribe a schedule of reasonable fees, charges, and fines not to\nexceed the national average of other state dental boards for:\n(a) Examination;\n(b) Issuance, renewal, and reinstatement of licenses;\n(c) Issuance, renewal, and reinstatement of registrations;\n(d) Inspections and reinspections;\n(e) Applications;\n(f) Other services and materials provided by the board;\n(g) Investigations;\n(h) Administrative legal costs; and\n(i) Fines for infractions.\n(2) All fees, charges, or other moneys collected or received by the board shall be paid\ninto the State Treasury and credited to a trust and agency fund which,\nnotwithstanding KRS 45.229, shall not lapse, to be used by the board for the\ncarrying out of the provisions of this chapter.\n(3) All disbursements by the board in the transactions of its business and in the\nenforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall be paid out of the trust and\nagency account as claims against the state in accordance with the pro visions of\nKRS Chapters 45 and 45A.\n(4) The board may designate funds from the trust and agency account to administer\nscholarships or education loan repayment assistance to individuals who meet the\ncriteria established in an administrative regulation promu lgated by the board in\naccordance with KRS Chapter 13A.\n(5) The board may establish a petty cash fund not to exceed one thousand dollars\n($1,000) for the purpose of making disbursements requiring prompt cash outlay and\nto carry out the provisions of KRS 45 A.045 applying to the delegation of authority\nto purchase.","path":["KRS Chapter 313"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=56875","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:09Z","sha256":"607909a2a549e2625320075cd6fdce70ccb81195dbad97953475a403452b6660","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-313.021","next":"us-ky/krs-313.030"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
