{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-314.025","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 314.025","heading":"Kentucky nursing incentive scholarship fund -- Intent of General","body":"Assembly.\n(1) There is hereby created the Kentucky nursing incentive scholarship fund.\n(2) It is the intent of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky to address the nursing workforce needs throughout the Commonwealth; further it is the intent of the General Assembly to give preference for these scholarships to financially needy residents, registered nurses pursuing graduate nursing education, and licensed practical nurses of the Commonwealth.\n(3) It further is the intent of the General Assembly that an applicant who has been listed on the nurse aide abuse registry with a substantiated finding of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property may not be eligible for a Kentucky nursing incentive scholarship.","path":["KRS Chapter 314"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=44648","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:10Z","sha256":"70665f02dfe225473150f3f5de2b5012c24f9649d4ea9e46430d1ed55d594066","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-314.021","next":"us-ky/krs-314.026"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
